Tutors set their own hourly rate. You see the rate upfront before confirming a session. Sessions are billed per session, not per hour — tutors typically set a flat 45-minute rate.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month.
Are refunds available?
If a tutor doesn't show up for a booked session, you'll get a full refund within 24 hours. Subscription refunds are handled case by case — contact support.
How do tutors receive their earnings?
Earnings are credited to your Eduvise wallet after each session is marked complete. You can withdraw to any UPI-linked bank account.
